Goals Assessment

Setting the proper goals and knowing exactly what you're looking to achieve is one of the most important parts of the process. This initial meeting consists of going through a series or questions designed to allow the coach to assess your mental thought process and current physical habits before choosing the best approach to achieve your goals.

Weekly Meetings

Your Coach will set a weekly time with you in which you will meet virtually to discuss a number of things that could include the following: the week's progress, your current struggles, diet review, daily habits, form review, etc. These meetings are intended to last 15-20 mins.

Custom Workout Plan

After determining your needs and desires, the coach will either choose & modify a workout plan or create a new plan depending on the situation and how they see fit. Things that can influence a workout plan are: your desired amount of workout days, equipment access, personal physical limitations, etc.

Accountability

Possibly the most important part of it all is the accountability aspect that comes with having a designated coach. Like a lot of times in life, we have big dreams, goals, and intentions that stay unachieved because you have no one consistently pushing you to keep going.

Personalized Diet Training

We don't believe in diet plans at Sustainable Life Habits. Paper diet plans usually lead to diet restrictions and binges. Alternatively, a coach will have you track the foods that you're already eating on a regular basis and educate you in how to properly use & portion these foods to better help you achieve your desires outcome & goals.

Life Long Habits

The best part about this program over any other program is that you don't have to look for a new program once this one is complete. Because it is based off habitual behaviors and not logic, these habits will continue long after the program ends. These are Sustainable Habits for Life.
